The Project

A client reached out to us asking for information about the appeal of the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) model to companies outsourcing some or all of their business processes. The client also was seeking clarity on how vendors are elected by enterprise organizations as part of their BYOD strategies.

Specific Area of Interest

The client was especially interested in learning more about how Work at Home Agents (WAHA) are assessed during the vendor selection process as well as the future of BYOD and its effect on organizations’ Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies.

Our Impact

We were able to connect the client with several experts with a solid understanding of both how vendors are selected by large enterprises as well as how business process outsourcing fits into the companies’ overall business strategies. After speaking with high-level executives, the client was able to get a much clearer understanding of the decision-making process for enterprise organizations in this space.
