The Project

One client communicated to us an interest in learning more about the business operations of companies providing legal management software solutions to customers in the United States. The client wanted an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape in this space as well as the weaknesses and challenges faced by these providers.


Specific Area of Interest

The client specifically wanted to do a deep dive on the legal document management workflow as well to gain insights on pain points in the workflow and hypotheses on software solutions that could address these. The client also was keen to gain clarity on the overall operations of the providers of legal management software in the American market.


Our Impact

We were able to connect the client with several product managers and sales directors from some of the biggest players in this space. The interviews conducted with these experienced professionals allowed the client to gain a much clearer vision of the entirety of the legal document management workflow, including existing challenges, prospective solutions to these challenges, and overall trends in the sector.
