The Project

A client came to us seeking greater clarity on the retail grocery market in the United States and France with a particular emphasis on understanding the specifics of the operating margins as well as market factors and decisions that most strongly influence company performance along this axis.


Specific Area of Interest

The client asked us to specifically drill down on the largest players in the retail grocery store market in both the United States and France, including what are known as superstores (USA) or hypermarkets (France). Of particular interest to the client was discovering ways to improve profitability as well as prospects for increasing margins in these retail grocery store companies.


Our Impact
