The Project
We received a request from a client to learn more about the current state of the digital payment markets in India. The client was very keen on learning which players operate in this market as well as information about POS terminals, Fintech solutions, and which CRM, ERP, and OMS apps are being used by merchants.
Specific Area of Interest
The client explained to us that their focus was on understanding every aspect of the digital payment market in India, including couriers, pickup terminals, grocery stores, online stores, and the various software and technologies currently being used. The client also wanted a breakdown of how these digital payments are being used in different regions of India in both urban and rural areas.
Our Impact
By applying our rigorous filtration and vetting processes, we could identify several individuals capable of providing their expert opinions to the client, on the current state of the Indian digital payments sector.
