The Project

One company contacted us seeking a detailed understanding of the insurance claims workflow process by major companies that have billions in direct written premiums from providing health, property, and/or casualty insurance. The client was looking for an executive-level look at every major step in the claims workflow process, including analyzing coverage, claim verifications, litigation, disputes, and pain points.


Specific Area of Interest

The client was intensely focused on getting precise details about every aspect of how insurance claims are processed by the biggest players in the market. The company was especially seeking knowledge of the different legal management strategies employed by the insurance industry players, including when and how these issues are handled in-house and when they are contracted out to third-party legal firms.
