The Project
The client was interested in gaining a more comprehensive understanding of the logistics that serve essential goods and services to cruise ship operators, particularly how vendors are selected and who is responsible for choosing them.
Specific Area of Interest
The company had a particular interest in gaining insights into how food and beverages, as well as hospitality services, are provided for cruise lines, as well as other logistics services, including recruiting crew members. The client wanted to understand the decision-making process that major cruise lines apply to select these essential services.
